By using domusbrickellemiami.com you accept these terms. If you disagree with any of them, do not use the site. I may change them when needed; the date above says when the version you are reading took effect, and changes do not apply retroactively to what we have already discussed.
Who runs this site
Yarily Rodríguez, a real estate agent licensed in the state of Florida, license SL3602222, affiliated with Cervera Real Estate, Inc. (real estate corporation CQ228158), in-house representative for the Domus FLATS project.
This is not the official Domus FLATS site, nor that of Domus Brickell Park, Domus Brickell Center, or the developer. It is my sales representation site. If you are looking for the developer's site, this is not it.
What the site is for
This site shows the project and exists so that you can write to me. Nothing published here is a binding offer to sell, and nothing here replaces the condominium's official documents.
A unit is sold only pursuant to the condominium's prospectus (offering circular) and the purchase agreement. No statement on this site, in a WhatsApp message, or in a conversation with me should be taken as final unless it appears in those documents.
ORAL REPRESENTATIONS CANNOT BE RELIED UPON AS CORRECTLY STATING THE REPRESENTATIONS OF THE DEVELOPER. FOR CORRECT REPRESENTATIONS, MAKE REFERENCE TO THE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED BY SECTION 718.503, FLORIDA STATUTES, TO BE FURNISHED BY A DEVELOPER TO A BUYER OR LESSEE.
Permitted use
You may read the site, save its pages and share its links freely. You may not copy the content to republish as your own, scrape it automatically, use it to build listings or databases, or present it in a way that makes it look like official developer material.
Intellectual property
The Domus FLATS, Domus Brickell Park and Domus Brickell Center marks, names and logos belong to their owners. They are used here to identify the project I represent, not to claim ownership of them.
The project renderings, floor plans and photographs belong to the developer and are used with permission for this sales representation. The rest of the site — its text, structure and design — is mine.
Prices, availability and payment schedules
This site does not publish prices. Prices, payment terms and unit availability change without notice, and no figure I give you by message or conversation replaces the official documents.
Any deposit schedule mentioned is the one in effect on the date above; it is negotiable and varies with the stage of the project. It is subject to change by the developer, and the one that governs is the one in the agreement you sign.
The form and the brochure
To download the brochure you need to leave a real name, email and phone number. With those details I send you the material and follow up with you about Domus FLATS.
The brochure is commercial support material: it can fall out of date against current inventory and it does not include prices. The valid information is what I confirm in writing.
How I contact you, and how you stop it
By submitting the form or opening WhatsApp from the site, you authorise me to contact you through those channels about this project. I do not buy or sell lists, and I do not pass your details to third parties outside the project.
You can opt out at any time through the same channel you used to write to me, and I will stop contacting you.
Third-party services and cookies
The site is hosted on Netlify, which logs requests to the server. Form data is stored in Netlify's storage.
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and navigation. Google sets its own cookies in your browser for that. Your name, email and phone number are not sent to Google. You can block those cookies from your browser or with Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
The WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp, a Meta service: from there the conversation is governed by their terms, not these.
Nothing here is advice
Nothing on this site is financial, tax, legal or investment advice. References to financing, purchase structures or tax treatment are informational and should be reviewed with your bank, your attorney and your accountant.
I make no representation about profit potential, future appreciation, rental income, tax advantages or depreciation. Buying real estate is a significant decision and it is worth making it with your own advisers.
No warranties and limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. I work to keep the information correct and current, but I do not warrant that it is free of errors or that the site will always be available.
To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or the inability to use it. None of this limits liabilities that Florida law does not allow to be limited.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute is submitted to the state or federal courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
