Front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and distribution across Marriott Bonvoy and 85+ platforms. You manage nothing.
You decide when to use it
You book your dates in the app. The rest of the year the unit works without you doing anything.
One you can already visit. The other you can still choose.
Delivered and operating since 2026. Over 60% sold. You can tour it, sleep in it and talk to the building team.

What exactly is a FLAT?+
An apartment delivered furnished and equipped, inside a building run like a hotel. You buy the unit with your own title; the building's operation handles the guest, the cleaning and the maintenance.
Can I use it myself?+
Yes. You book your dates in the app and the rest of the year the unit stays available for short-term rental. The calendar is yours to decide.
Is there any short-term rental restriction?+
No. The building is designed for short stays: there's no minimum-night rule from the association, and distribution is already connected to Marriott Bonvoy and 85+ platforms.
Is this the official Domus FLATS website?+
No. This is my sales representation site. I'm the in-house representative for the project, I work inside the sales team, and this site exists so you can talk to me directly.
Can I visit before buying?+
Brickell Park is delivered and operating: you can tour it, sleep in it and talk to the building team. At Brickell Center you can visit the construction site and the model units.
Do you work with agents?+
